株式会社アールビーズ（以下「当社」という）では、 個人情報の重要性を認識し、個人情報の保護に関する法律及び関連法令等を厳守し、 以下の方針に基づき個人情報を適正な管理保護に努め、適切に取り扱います。

1. 個人情報の取得について

  • 当社は、適法かつ公正な手段によって、個人情報を取得いたします。
    またその際には、暗号化通信（SSL）により保護された状態で取得いたします。

    なお、個人情報には以下の情報が含まれます。

    1) 利用者が本サービスの利用時に直接入力した情報（身長、体重、性別、居住地、写真）
    2) 利用者の承認を得た上で、本サービスの機能によって利用者の端末から取得する情報（位置情報）

    また、利用者が他のサービス等の連携を許可した場合には、その許可の際にご同意いただいた内容に基づいて、以下の情報を当該他サービスから取得します。

    1) Apple社が提供するHealthKitフレームワーク(ヘルスケアApp）
    2) Google社が提供するGoogle Fitおよびヘルスコネクトから取得したデータ
    3) 当該他サービスで利用者が利用するID
    4) その当該他サービスの設定により利用者が連携先に開示を認めた情報

2. 個人情報の利用について

  • 当社は、個人情報を、取得の際に示した利用目的の範囲内で、業務の遂行上必要な限りにおいて利用します。 取得した個人情報は主に以下のような目的で利用いたします。

    商品・大会・ツアー等のサービスの確認や送付を目的とするもの

    1) 雑誌・書籍・商品の購入の確認や送付
    2) 大会申込・ツアー申込の確認、参加案内の送付
    3) 会員サービスの登録確認、案内の送付
    4) 雑誌の定期購読の確認、案内の送付
    5) プレゼント・アンケートの確認、案内の送付
    6) 電子メール配信サービスの登録確認、配信
    7) イベント・セミナー・キャンペーン等の申込の確認、案内の送付

    商品・大会・ツアー等のサービスの提供・改良・開発を目的とするもの

    1) 新商品・新雑誌・新Webサイトの案内
    2) 大会・ツアーの開催案内
    3) 大会・ツアー・等の協賛会社からのサービス案内
    4) 雑誌・商品・大会・ツアー等のアンケート
    5) 記録の集計・ランキングでの発表
    6) 大会救護活動・傷病データ集計

  • 当社は、個人情報を第三者との間で共同利用し、または、個人情報の取得の扱いを第三者に委託する場合は、 当該第三者につき厳正な調査を行ったうえ、秘密を保持させるために、適正な監督を行います。

3. 個人情報の第三者提供ついて

当社は、法令に定める場合を除き、個人情報を、事前に本人の同意を得ることなく、第三者に提供しません。

4. 個人情報の管理について

  • 当社は個人情報の正確性を保ち、これを安全に管理致します。

  • 当社は、個人情報の紛失、破壊、改ざん及び漏えいなどを防止するため、不正アクセス、 コンピューターウイルス等に対する適正なセキュリティ対策を講じます。

7. 他社モジュール、Cookieなどの利用について

当社は、本ポリシーに記載した目的のために、Cookieおよび他社が提供するSDKなどを利用することがあります。



8. プライバシーポリシーの変更手続について

当社は、個人情報の取り扱いに関する運用状況を適宜見直し、継続的な改善に努めるものとし、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがございます。
変更した場合には、変更内容の概要および変更の理由を適切な方法で利用者に通知するものとします。
当該変更内容の通知後、本人が本サービスを利用した場合には、変更後の本ポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。
ただし、本ポリシーの変更が利用者に不利益をもたらす場合には、当社所定の方法で本人の同意を得るものとします。

  • Our Company will use personal information, limited to the use that is necessary for performance of work within the scope of the purposes of use that are indicated at the time of acquisition. We will use personal information that has been obtained mainly for purposes such as those below.

    Things for the purpose of confirmation or sending for services for things such as products, events, and tours

    1) Confirmation or sending for purchases of magazines, books, and products
    2) Confirmation of event applications and tour applications, and sending information for participation
    3) Confirmation of registration for member services, and sending information
    4) Confirmation of magazine subscriptions, and sending information
    5) Confirmation of presents and questionnaires, and sending information
    6) Confirmation of registration for e-mail delivery service, and delivery

3. About provision of personal information to third parties

Excluding cases that are stipulated in laws and ordinances, Our Company will not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining agreement by the relevant person in advance.

4. About management of personal information

  • Our Company will maintain the accuracy of personal information and safely manage it.

  • In order to prevent things such as loss, destruction, manipulation, and leaks of personal information, Our Company will take proper security measures against things such as unauthorized access and computer viruses.

  • Our Company use appropriate encryption measures for the data we store and transfer. Data subject to encryption includes, in particular, personal and confidential data.
